We automate the whole home — light, climate, shading, access. What makes us different is that we can calculate light: not fittings spaced on a grid, but a decision about what the light should be in each room at each hour, written into four keys on the wall.

Then start with light rather than sensors. You will see a leak sensor once in your life. You will touch the light twenty times a day — it is your entire daily experience of the system, and it is the part most integrators treat as a load on a dimmer channel.
Where you want depth, it is there: per-address DALI rather than broadcast, logic that lives inside the apartment, multi-admin, dim-to-warm, and nothing on a wall that depends on a cloud.
A scene without lighting design is a dimmer on a timer.

An integrator knows how to turn the light on. We know what it should be when it comes on.
Automation is the memory of the house — it keeps what the lighting design decided. The lighting design is what the house has to remember. Seven groups on three levels is not something a person maintains by hand, so a design without automation lives exactly one day: handover day.
Why there is no price on this page
No two private homes want the same thing from the same lighting, and pricing that from a floor plan is guesswork — the guess is always low, and the correction always arrives later as a variation. So we look first, and you get a number that holds.

We do not charge for the same thing twice.
You pay for the design once. If you then buy the equipment on that specification from us, the entire design fee comes off the equipment invoice. If you would rather take the drawings and build it with any contractor you like, they are yours, fully paid for, and we will not ask for them back.
Why we can do this and a reseller cannot
A reseller earns twenty to thirty per cent on somebody else's hardware. Crediting a design against that margin takes the job negative — the arithmetic does not survive it once, let alone as a policy. We make the luminaires and the keys ourselves, so the margin is there to give away. This is not a promotion. It is a consequence of manufacturing, and it is the reason the offer is still here next quarter.
The price holds for six months
From the day the specification is issued. Construction slips; your number does not.
One warranty over the whole system
Not a folder of separate manufacturer terms — but only where we supplied all of it, because that is the only case we can honestly stand behind.
Commissioning and scenes included
Everyone else prices this separately, and it is the work that decides whether any of the rest was worth doing.

The visit that happens after dark.
Adjustable fittings are aimed, and scenes are recorded, in the dark, with the family in the house. It cannot be done at two in the afternoon and it cannot be done from a laptop. This is the evening where a set of circuits becomes a room you want to be in — and it is the part of the job people describe to their friends afterwards.

Three minutes here answer what a price list cannot.
Light does not survive being described. So the room is one wall, one key and five scenes — plus four pairs sitting side by side, because the difference between good and ordinary is only obvious when both are in front of you.
The same piece of walnut under both. Only one of them looks like walnut.
Both at ten per cent. One reads as evening; the other reads as a bulb about to fail.
Audible at low output in a quiet room, which is exactly the room you are in when it matters.
Pick up both. This is the one part of the whole system your hand touches every day.
The six we are actually asked.
He is responsible for how the room looks in daylight and where the furniture goes. Points on a ceiling plan are usually a composition rather than a calculation of illuminance. We work with him and we do not touch his interior.
After a calculation there are normally fewer fittings on the plan and more light in the room — and in a joint case study his name goes first.
You are not paying separately. The fee comes off the equipment invoice in full, so either you take the drawings and build with whoever you like, or it becomes part of one number. On top of that, the calculation almost always removes fittings that were put on the plan just in case.
Agreed — a bad smart home is worse than an ordinary switch. Three rules we build on: the logic lives inside the apartment and runs with no internet; the keys on the wall work even with the server off; and there are as many scenes as a person can remember, which is four, not twenty. The app is for setting up and for being away, not for turning on the light in the bathroom.
Send the link and we will check them against our eight-point standard and tell you honestly what the difference is. Sometimes there is none, and we will say so. Usually it sits in three places: colour spread across the batch, the bottom of the dimming range, and driver hum at low output. The first you meet when you replace one fitting a year from now. The other two you meet every evening.
You will not be. The protocols are open, the administrator passwords are yours, the design is handed over in source files, and the equipment is standard. We do not build anything that makes leaving difficult — we try instead not to leave you a reason.
Send photographs and a plan and we will be straight with you. If the ceiling is still open, almost all of it can be saved. If it is closed, what is left is surface fittings, magnetic track, replacing drivers with decent ones, and proper keys into the back boxes you already have. That is not a full project, but the difference is visible. And if it is not worth spending on, we will say that too.
