We make the fittings and the keys, so we can put real figures on a page instead of the word “from”. What follows is what a finished apartment actually costs, what is excluded, and why our fitting costs what it does. Read the exclusions first — they are the part that surprises people.

Keys Core
€90–140Volume work and base scopes. Against Jung F40 and base Gira — and it travels with the light and the design rather than as a line item of its own.
Keys Pro
€280–350Private homes and designer projects. It sits in the gap between Berker at €250 and Basalte at €495, where there is currently almost nobody.
Several times what a builders' merchant charges, and only defensible because the standard behind it is published and checkable: Ra and R9 measured on your batch rather than copied from a datasheet, dim-to-warm to 2200 K, down to 0.1 per cent, a logarithmic curve, and silence at twenty per cent. A humming batch goes back to the factory rather than into your ceiling.
Polish price lists for a smart home almost always quote the control system with no fittings at all. That is why a cheaper number elsewhere is usually a smaller scope — ask what is inside it before comparing it to anything here.

Pick the size and the level. Polish price lists for a smart home usually quote the control system with no fittings at all; this figure includes both, which is why it is not comparable to a cheaper number elsewhere.

What these prices do not include.
Every one of these has surprised somebody on a previous project, so it is on the page instead of in a footnote.
- Electrical first fix — conduit, back boxes and cable pulling by your contractor.
- Making good after installation: patching, painting and any tiling.
- Structured cabling and Wi-Fi access points, though we will specify them.
- Speakers, screens and anything else that plays sound or shows a picture.
- Travel outside a 150 km radius, quoted per project rather than hidden in the rate.
- Utility application fees, and any consultant fees on your side.
What never appears as an extra.

We hold stock for a decade, and a replacement is picked from your batch by number rather than because it looks similar. Next working day inside Poland.

The installation runs on KNX locally. If our servers went dark tomorrow your switches would still switch.
Two lines, one back box.
Both lines fit the 60 mm European back box, so nothing needs chasing out of a finished wall. The line is deliberately narrow: every extra variant is another certification bill, and we would rather spend that on the light.

Both fit the 60 mm European back box, bezel-free, 1.6 mm edge. Engraving is done in-house, so a one-off legend adds no lead time. Two lines and nothing else on purpose: every extra variant is another certification bill, and the money is better spent on the light.

Plates are machined and finished in our own workshop, boards are assembled and tested on the bench next to it, and the stock sits in the warehouse behind. That is the whole reason a lead time here is counted in working days.
Paid once, and credited in full against the equipment.
A reseller earns twenty to thirty per cent on somebody else’s hardware, and crediting a design against that margin takes the job negative. We make the fittings and the keys, so the margin is ours to give away. Take the drawings and build with any contractor you like — they are yours, fully paid for, and we will not ask for them back.
