What we do not do
We do not build pools, lay irrigation pipework, or service pool chemistry. We control and monitor what is installed, and we need the plant-room schematic before quoting.

Zones scheduled separately by planting type and aspect, with a moisture or rain hold. A lawn and a row of palms watered on the same schedule means one of them is wrong.

Filtration and dosing on their own schedule, with a run-hours counter so servicing happens on hours rather than on someone remembering.
Leak detection
Sensors under sinks, at the water heater and in plant rooms, wired to close a valve rather than only to notify. This is the one that pays for the whole system in a single event.
Tanks and pressure
Level and pressure read where they matter, so a failing pump or an empty tank is a notification instead of a shower that stops working.

We control what your plumber and pool contractor install. That means their drawings come first.
Valves need access
A motorised valve behind a tiled wall cannot be serviced. Access panels are a builder's-work item, agreed while there is still a drawing to mark them on.
Sensor placement is not obvious
Water runs to the lowest point, which is rarely under the appliance. Sensors go where water arrives, not where it starts — that is a site decision.
Pool chemistry is not ours
We schedule and monitor dosing equipment. We do not balance the water, and we will not accept a scope that implies we do.
Rain hold needs a sensor
An irrigation schedule that ignores rain is worse than no schedule. That means a physical rain or moisture sensor, positioned away from the spray it is meant to detect.
One valve or many
A single incoming valve protects the house but shuts everything; valves per riser cost more and isolate the actual fault. Decided per property, in writing, before ordering.
